I knew from the jump that my experience was gonna be bad, the moment I saw how the customer service rep was treating some elders in front of me. Both reps were gossiping and using extremely foul language very loudly at the service desk, as if they were at home. Talking about customers, talking about personal life, you name it. And once I was finally checked out. One of my biggest pet peeves of them all when it comes to customer service, is being on your phone while trying to assist me. I can't stand that.

The customer service representative was extremely rude and unprofessional. I’m not sure if her name was Kiamaya or Elaina.) Because I needed to replace a damaged front tire, I asked if she could check with the technicians to see if I needed to replace the other front tire. She proceeded to dismiss my concern by saying it wouldn’t make sense to replace a tire that is a year old and still has tread on it. I explained my concern is the unevenness of riding with a new tire and old tire on the front of my car. She stated she is not a technician. So they would have to make that call. I reminded her that my initial request was to get an assessment from a technician. She then rudely stated that she was not going to argue with me. The technician subsequently checked the tire and recommended replacement of the other tire as well. When I returned to talk with her to authorize the purchase, she proceeded to talk loudly and disrespectfully to me. I asked for the manager, who came to the counter. The customer service representative then says, “I’m gonna see what lie you tell on me.” I continued trying to speak to the manager and she continued interrupting me by being loud and disruptive. Fantastic customer service. I called at 730 in the morning with an emergency blowout and they had me back on the road by 915. 100% would recommend

Kiamaya the store manager was incredible! She managed to juggle multiple customers and task all while being short staffed. She was professional and very detailed in her instructions to me about the road hazard purchase. I’m not frequent to the Jackson area but for now on, she’s my go to person when it comes to my car! Pat her on the back, for a job well done!

My entire experience was Top Tier from the moment I entered Gateway Tire Center. Gracious hospitality, extremely knowledgeable of their products. Expeditious service and laughter while you wait. The staff is absolutely amazing. Check it out for yourself before you doubt me. Kudos Gateway Team
